Shame and anger, the alchemy version, not the suppression version
Bringing curiosity toward shame instead of running from it. Setting up an honor-anger ritual, because sacred anger is a real thing and most of us have never been shown what to do with ours except swallow it. Taking a sip of a shame memory (small, doable, not a full-body flood) and a widening practice for opening through shame once you've touched it.
Your emotional body, and what it means to devote yourself to her
Feeling your feelings and expressing them when you can, instead of keeping them in the basement. What it means to hold duality in the same body (the rage and the tenderness, at the same time, without picking one). A three-minute emotional body expression practice for the days you don't have forty-five minutes, only three, and three is enough.
The strategies that are quietly running your whole life
The impact of your childhood environment on the body you're living in right now. Which specific strategies cause which specific kind of tension, so you can recognise yours instead of vaguely knowing you "hold stress in your shoulders." Stepping out of systems and patterns that are burning energy you don't have to spare. And for the days you're properly fried (audio: Confused, Not Knowing What To Do, Blender Brain) a practice for exactly that state, because "just breathe" is useless advice when your brain feels like a smoothie.
Pleasure, intimacy, and what your self-pleasure practice is reflecting back at you
Goals and expectations in sex and intimacy, and where yours might be quietly running the show. Taking sips of pleasure the same way you take sips of a hard memory. A pleasure breath practice for dropping into delicious womanhood on purpose instead of once a year on holiday.
Plus the shorter audio's I use myself, constantly (s.a. Become A Wider Woman in 1.5 Minutes, Meet The Moment On Your Own Terms, the No Big Deal Principle, Authentic Welcome), the ones you can do standing in your kitchen with the kettle on, because most of your life isn't going to happen on a yoga mat with candles and sound bowls, and this work needs to survive contact with your normal reality that has deadlines, too much to juggle, and screaming kids.
What this is NOT:
It isn't a course with homework and a start date and a certificate at the end. It's a library. You go in when your body's asking for something and you find the audio that matches. Numb tonight? There's one for that. Raging and don't know why? There's one for that too. Think of it less like a syllabus and more like a very well-organised medicine cabinet for your nervous system.
If you've ever wanted a honest way to find out what it's like to work with me before you commit to something bigger (RANGE (1 month), Getting Wider (66 days), Wide Pleasure (6 months) or working with me 1:1), you REALLY should start here. I wish everyone did.
