Wide Pleasure Program
(Collective Path & Private Path)

By joining Wide Pleasure, whether through the Collective Path (group program) or the Private Path (1:1 immersion), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments for the Wide Pleasure program are final and non-refundable, for both the Collective Path and the Private Path. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Personal Responsibility & Scope of Support

Wide Pleasure is a personal development and educational experience rooted in nervous system work, somatic practices, pleasure pathways, and relational awareness.

By joining, you acknowledge that:

You are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the program.
The program does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
You take responsibility for how you engage with the material, practices, group space, and facilitator.

3. Mental Health Disclaimer

Wide Pleasure is not suitable for individuals who are currently experiencing severe mental health conditions that require intensive or specialized support, including but not limited to:

Severe depression
Anxiety disorders that significantly impair daily functioning
Suicidal ideation
Personality disorders
Acute trauma responses requiring clinical intervention

By enrolling, you confirm that you are sufficiently resourced and regulated to participate in this container and that you will seek appropriate professional support outside the program if needed.

4. Collective Path (Group Program)

If you enroll in the Collective Path, you understand that:

This is a group-based experience.
The facilitator does not provide individual therapy or crisis support within the group.
You are responsible for honoring the confidentiality, safety, and boundaries of other participants.
Participation is voluntary, and you may choose your own pace of engagement.

5. Private Path (1:1 Immersion)

If you enroll in the Private Path, you understand that:

Entry into the Private Path requires an application, an exploration call, and the signing of an additional therapy or service agreement before sessions begin.
Invoicing and scheduling are handled separately after acceptance.
The Private Path offers deeper, individualized support, while still remaining within the agreed scope of practice.

6. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

While many women experience deep shifts, pleasure expansion, and relational transformation, results vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. The work requires your presence, honesty, and participation. You are responsible for your own results.

7. Confidentiality & Data Use

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable EU data protection regulations. By enrolling, you consent to receiving emails and communications related to the program, including logistics, support messages, and future invitations.

8. Agreement

By enrolling in Wide Pleasure and checking the agreement box at checkout or submitting an application, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
You agree to take full responsibility for your participation and well-being.
You accept the no-refund policy.
You understand the scope and limitations of the support provided.
