Week 1 โ How aliveness & full-body pleasure work
You cannot experience the full range of your orgasmic potential with a nervous system that's still running old survival software: contracting, avoiding, numbing, fighting. This week we lay the foundation. Why your emotions, and your capacity to hold them, are the direct gateway to erotic aliveness. And why we're not here to regulate ourselves into stillness, we're here to widen, feel, and bring more. You'll leave week one understanding your own system in a way that makes you want to run toward the rest of this program.
Week 2 โ Opening to more sensation
This week we work with all five senses. Letting more pleasure in during your actual day, not just the bedroom. Softening into self-touch and the intelligence of oxytocin. Learning to feel more, and to express it as you feel it โ not afterward, not in your head. I'll guide you into a non-sexual self-touch practice here, to get your body ready for week 3.
Week 3 โ Into the sexy parts of self
This is where the real range lives. Your heart, breasts, vulva, vagina, perineum, butthole, and anywhere else that holds pleasure for you (even if it feels numb right now). I'll guide you into self-intimacy, and you decide how far and how deep you want to go. You can stay with external touch or go further in, even into de-armoring if that's where you want to take it. We build capacity exactly where you've been abandoning yourself: your pelvic area. And you'll learn to voice what you discover, using your body and your voice to express your pleasure out loud.
Week 4 โ Taking it everywhere else
You've journeyed with your own pleasure body and found your range, and your limits. This week is an invitation to take it one edge further, on your own, while all of us are still here rooting for your expansion. This is also where everything you've found in your body starts oozing into the rest of your life. Into how you ask for things. Into how you show up. Into your relationships, your work, your aliveness. This is the deepening of the woman who knows what she wants, and asks for it.
